Our challenge was to design a durable, timeless carpet which (embodies/celebrates) the history and craft of Thai basket weavers. To provide maximum performance and efficiency for the facilities team at one of Asia’s busiest airport terminal buildings, which is expected to accommodate around 125 million passengers every year, was equally important.

Carpets Inter partnered with designers at IA103 and developed a modular carpet tile to help realise the vision of the creative interiors team and to provide a landmark installation in our home city of Bangkok with a carpet tile solution proudly Made in Thailand.
